Hi! I’m Frank Hernandez and I’m the President of All Surface Refinishing. We’ve been proudly serving the South Florida area since 1996. I started out refinishing surfaces for B & F All Surface Refinishing in 2011 as a refinisher with over 10 years of experience. Working with Frank Ciavarella, B & F’s founder, a strong trust and working relationship was established. In 2013, Frank C. and I decided to grow the business and branch out into Miami-Dade and Broward counties by opening Frank’s All Surface Refinishing, which I fully managed. After 6 years of running Frank’s All Surface Refinishing, Frank C. was ready to retire, so I purchased both companies, combined them and changed the name to All Surface Refinishing! Since doing so, I’m proud to say our company has more than doubled in size and capacity to serve our community. And we’re just getting started!
Our mission is to help homeowners and business owners create the spaces of their dreams and save them as much time and money as possible while doing it! We happily service everywhere from the Florida Keys up to Sebastian and even the West coast of Florida from Marco Island to Ft. Myers.
Together with my wife, Irene and son Anthony, we run an amazing team of technicians who love what they do! Our favorite thing about refinishing surfaces is watching our clients’ faces light up when they see their visions come to life. Most of the time, their expectations are exceeded and they are blown away at the results. We strive for this reaction in every job we do. All our team members are carefully selected and trained. As a result, we have a family-like atmosphere of techs who strive to make sure our clients are thrilled with their finished products. We promise to treat your space like it’s our own.
